Meet Eloise

Eloise has worked with individuals across the lifespan with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, relationship breakdown, grief and loss, life transitions, parenting difficulties, and sexuality questioning. Eloise has extensive counselling experience, working as a counsellor in a community setting for seven years has enhanced her clinical psychology training. She believes therapy should feel safe, inviting, and sometimes challenging. She thinks the best therapeutic work stems from a good, trusting relationship between the client and herself, so much so that her clients are encouraged to find the psychologist who is the “right fit” and will always have the option of transferring if it isn’t the best match.

Eloise ensures her clients feel heard, listened to, and supported. She tailors therapy to the needs of the individual, so therapy is meaningful and helps them achieve their therapeutic goals.

Eloise has experience working in community settings and Private Practice, using in-person, online, and telephone modes of therapy.

Outside of the psychology world, Eloise is a daughter, a wife, a friend, an aunt, and a mother to two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, sipping coffee, and pottering in her veggie garden.
