About us;
Lakeside Rooms is a highly regarded and prominent practice of Psychologists and Psychiatrists. Practitioners and support staff have been working together since 2000 to provide a safe, private, and welcoming environment for the community of the Gold Coast and the surrounds.
Our team of Mental Health Practitioners offer a wide range of experience and therapeutic approaches to suit each individual, therapeutic need and preferences.
Each Practitioner operates their practice independently from the Lakeside Rooms space, ensuring the balance of confidentiality and collaboration in the best interests of the client.

Please Reply to Confirmation Texts:
You may have noticed our Administration Team often diligently calling to confirm your scheduled and upcoming appointments. Whilst this is something we are happy to do, we are also aware people live busy lives, and our call isn’t always convenient to answer. As confirmation texts are sent out a few days before your appointment, we ask that, when possible, please respond to this text. This will ensure your scheduled appointment is confirmed, your time is not impacted, and if you are not able to attend for any reason that you allow sufficient time to avoid a possible cancellation fee. Further, as we are all aware, the need for therapeutic assistance is at an all-time high, and if you aren’t able to utilise the session time, we will offer it to another person in need.
Late Cancellation Policy:
Just a quick reminder of our Late Cancellation Fee Policy. Lakeside Rooms require minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule, otherwise a Late Fee will be applied.

Our Space
Situated at 34-36 Glenferrie Drive, Robina (Suite 337, level 3, Building 3), our rooms overlook a lake in a leafy established area at the heart of the Gold Coast. With easy access to plenty of parking, it is an ideal location provide you with a welcoming, safe, private and comfortable space.
Lakeside Rooms is committed to supporting the mental health of our community. The independent practitioners represent a wide range of experience and they offer a variety of approaches to suit individual needs and preferences. We can assist you to find one with whom you feel comfortable and at ease.

We aim to provide continued access to essential primary health services during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Telehealth – Rural & Remote
The Better Access telehealth items remain available for people living in rural and remote areas.
National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
Practitioners can provide services to NDIS self-managed and plan-managed participants. If you have received an NDIS Plan approval letter, you are ready to start accessing support.
