Eloise has worked with individuals across the lifespan with a range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship breakdown, grief and loss, life transitions, adjustment, parenting difficulties, and neurodivergence.

Eloise believes that a strong therapeutic relationship between a client and herself is crucial for the success of therapy. Drawing on her seven years of experience as a counsellor, Eloise creates a safe and supportive environment that fosters trust, respect, and empathy. She aims for all her clients to feel safe, validated, and seen in therapy.
