How?

As we respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking measures to protect clients, patients, team members and others. It remains really important that people do not attend the rooms if they are unwell.

If you have been (or presently are) experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms like:
Fever
Sore Throat
Cough
Sneezing
Runny nose
Other respiratory symptoms
Or
If you have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
If you have been overseas within the last 14 days
If you have been in contact with someone who has been overseas in the last 14 days

WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND ROOMS IN PERSON, instead please give us a call asap on 07 55620466 and we can make the necessary alternative arrangements for your appointment.

Our waiting room remains closed for the time being. We ask that people minimise time in the waiting room by arriving just prior to their appointment time. Your practitioner will then phone you at your appointment time and arrange to meet you at the front door or the table and chairs outside and bring you through to their consulting room.
We ask that accompanying waiting carers consider going for a walk or wait in their vehicle.

We are observing physical distancing requirements of a minimum of 1.5 meters between ourselves and others and ask that you also follow this when you attend rooms.
We have continued to increase of cleaning in all consulting rooms and shared spaces.

If when you are passing through the waiting area you experience a sneeze or cough unexpectedly and you are unable to contain it via a tissue or into your elbow please do not be offended when we subtly clean the area – it’s just to ensure we are all safe.

We continue to make hand sanitising facilities available in all areas of our rooms.

We have enacted our COVID Safe Plan and have restrictions in regard to room occupancy levels and social distancing. Clear signage is visible and our team are happy to help answer any questions you may have.

To assist with occupancy restrictions and social distancing, there is no need to go to the front counter after your session. For the foreseeable future we will continue to email invoices for payment after your session and Bpay or Credit Card payment by phone is available.
We have removed the water dispenser from the waiting room, so please consider what you will need to bring for your comfort.
