    Meet Tania:

    Tania is a registered Psychologist and has graduated with a Master of Clinical Psychology at Griffith University. Tania has worked, as a Provisional Psychologist, with children, adolescents, adults and families in a wide variety of settings including hospital, community, private practice, forensic and the university. She has recent experience working with the Early Psychosis Gold Coast team and in the Acute Young Adults Mental Health Inpatient Unit at Robina Hospital. She has also gained experience working at Artius Health, as well as at the Griffith University Psychology Clinic. During her time in these settings, she has worked with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, behavioural difficulties, phobias, grief and loss, personality disorders, substance abuse, post-traumatic stress disorder, psychotic disorders, bipolar affective disorder and trauma. She also completed a range of cognitive and diagnostic assessments for individuals across the life span. Tania has conducted research exploring the effects of social support, coping self-efficacy, emotion regulation strategies on anxiety and depression in adolescents.

Tania’s approach to therapy is warm, genuine, and collaborative. She is passionate about providing a safe and supportive environment where her clients can make positive changes, build greater self-awareness and enhance their self-care, to live a more healthy and authentic life.
